Youth & Family Ministries
When you first walk into our Youth and Family Center, you are greeted by our friendly volunteers. You are encouraged to sign in, introduce yoursef to the center and give us notice that your child will be joining us for the day. We welcome parents and loved ones to come in and see what our center of love, support and encouragement feels like. We create a fun and spiritually nourishing environment to encourage our youth to make new friends, feel inspired and discover the joy of play.
In our infant room, children under the age of 2 are provided a safe and caring space. Equipped with a changing table, sink and play pen, this room is provided to the youngest members of our community, allowing you to experience service without distraction. The volunteers will hold, read, love and care for your little one while you grow spiritually. These tender moments are joyful and memorable for all involved.
Our largest room is dedicated to arts, music, books and crafts. Here we give our youth the freedom to express and reflect on what their imagination can develop. Our goal is to allow kids to feel encouraged and inspired while knowing a sense of belonging.
If your child is seeking more relaxed and soothing moments, the media room is just the place. Children are able to experience the delight of watching an inspiring movie or reading an enlightening book. We encourage this room to remain at a low whisper in order for everyone to fully enjoy this area.
When the time comes to run and play, we like to take trips to our outdoor playground. Here the children are supervised and free to play with our fun and interactive play sets.
At the end of service the Youth Center volunteers are more than happy to wait for you in the front of the Sanctuary where we end our day with song and dance.
Feel free to come in with your child to take a look around and meet our volunteers. If you feel that you belong in our Youth Center as a volunteer and would like offer your time, please let us know. You and your children are always welcome here!
Our youth area is located opposite the sanctuary as noted below. (Click for full-size printable PDF - opens in a new window)

Families are invited to sign children in 15 minutes prior each service at the registration table. Children make a name tag with a corresponding number to the badge parents are given. Towards the end of the service, the youth enter the sanctuary to sing the closing songs with the congregation. Parents may pick up their children afterwards at the front of the church, by giving one of the facilitators or directors the matching badge for their children.
Our Mission Statement: We create an environment of unconditional Love and respect so that children have the freedom to explore and experience their Divine expression. We are also a leading resource for adults who influence and support the spiritual lives of children.
