Join us on the 2nd Sunday of each month with your clothes and household goods as we support a wonderful organization called Sandollar Discovery House, a women’s shelter and transitional house. Large or bulky items that can’t be transported can be picked up by Sandollar.

On the 4th Sunday of each  month, please bring canned foods and other non-perishables for the Phoenix Crisis Nursery and the Mesa Child Crisis Center. Look for donation bin in court yard. Help us feed these children in need.

"A New Earth" Study Group
This newly-formed group reads and discusses the book, A New Earth by Eckhart Tolle. We will focus on the leap of consciousness necessary to break free from identification with the ego, to enter an entirely new way of experiencing who we are. As we put this wisdom into practice we come to a new level of self-awareness that is infinitely greater that what we currently manifest.

Taize Service
Time: 6:30pm Mountain
Location: New Vision Spiritual Growth Center - Sanctuary
Taizé Prayer is an ecumenical meditative service, where one invites God's presence to penetrate one's innermost being. This form of prayer comes from the Christian monastic community of Taizé, located in the heart of the Burgundy region in France. A different Reverend facilitates each week. Take the time to join us for a powerful and delightfully inspirational service. The services include many new thought songs/chants, and inspirational readings, prayerfulness, and candle lighting.

"Nothing is more conducive to communion with the Living God than a meditative common prayer with singing that never ends, but continues in the silence of one's heart, when one is alone again."
--- Brother Roger Schutz, Founder of Taizé.
