Yogi Energy - Vinyasa Style, Basic Yoga

Are you curious about Yoga or do you yearn for a place to practice with like minded people? Yoga is a spiritual practice that encourages awareness and enhanced connection with the Divine.
Please join NVC and Cassie Jarrett as we bring this valued spiritual practice to our NVC family and friends. Come deepen your connection with Spirit and stand in witness to the growth of wellness in our community as well as your own joy, health and unity. The physical and mental benefits are amazing! For beginners, try the “Basic” class. The “Flow” classes will be offered for individuals already familiar with yoga or who have attended the Basics and are ready for a faster pace.

Centering, Meditation, Distant Healing and Fellowship Meetings.
Meetings include a centering prayer, meditation, healing at distance, and time for lay-on-of-hands. About 30 minutes are reserved for the study of an spiritual issue. The #1 task of the participants is to attain the realization that we are both master-builders and masons of a healthy soul and Jesus is the architect.
Held every Wednesday through October 1st, 2008.
Cost: Lover Offering. Walk-ins welcome
